I'm not receiving the OTP verification code

OTP codes can take up to 60 seconds. Ensure your phone number includes the correct country code. If the issue persists, wait a few minutes before retrying. Repeated rapid attempts may temporarily block OTP delivery.

How do I create a Table?

Tap the "+" button on the map screen, choose a location, set the table details (title, number of seats, description), and publish it. Nearby users will see and can join your Table.

How does the Reputation Score work?

After each meetup, participants rate each other. Your Reputation Score is calculated from these ratings. Higher scores indicate a trusted community member. New users start at 100.

How do I report a user?

Tap on the user's profile → "Report." You can also email info@whizly.ai with incident details. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → "Delete Account" in the App, or visit app.trollygoodfellow.com/delete-account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Is GoodFellow free to use?

Yes! GoodFellow is completely free — no subscriptions, no premium tiers, no ads.

My location is not showing correctly

Ensure location permissions are granted to GoodFellow in your device settings. Enable "Precise Location" and turn on GPS for best accuracy.
