Welcome to GoodFellow. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GoodFellow mobile application (the "App") and the website at app.trollygoodfellow.com (the "Site"), operated by Whizly AI ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using GoodFellow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use GoodFellow. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use GoodFellow, you must create an account using your phone number. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not create multiple accounts
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Use of the App

3.1 Permitted Use

GoodFellow is a social platform that connects users for in-person meetups. You may use the App to:

• Create and join "Tables" (meetup groups) at various locations
• Communicate with other users through in-app group chat
• Browse and discover Tables near your location
• Rate and review your meetup experiences

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm other users
• Post offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Create Tables for illegal activities
• Spam, solicit, or advertise products/services without authorization
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App's security
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the App
• Manipulate the reputation system through fake reviews
• Share or distribute other users' personal information without consent

4. Safety and Risk Disclaimer

4.1 Assumption of Risk

By using GoodFellow, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You participate in meetups entirely at your own risk. GoodFellow is not responsible for the actions, behaviour, or conduct of any user, whether online or offline.
• We do not conduct background checks, identity verification beyond phone number verification, or criminal record checks on users.
• We do not vet, screen, or approve the locations where Tables are created. The suitability and safety of any meetup location is your responsibility to assess.
• We do not supervise, monitor, or attend any meetups facilitated through the App.
• You are solely responsible for your personal safety and the decisions you make regarding meetups.

4.2 No Liability for Physical Safety

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodFellow, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall NOT be liable for:

• Any physical injury, harm, or damage that occurs during or as a result of meetups facilitated through the App
• Any theft, loss, or damage to personal property during meetups
• Any emotional distress, harassment, or misconduct experienced from other users
• Any illness, accident, or incident that occurs at meetup locations
• Any disputes, conflicts, or disagreements between users

4.3 Safety Recommendations

While we cannot guarantee your safety, we strongly recommend:

• Meet in public, well-lit locations for first-time meetups
• Inform a trusted friend or family member about your meetup plans
• Use the in-app SOS feature if you feel unsafe
• Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, leave immediately
• Do not share personal financial information or home address with strangers
• Review users' reputation scores before joining their Tables

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on GoodFellow. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of operating the service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is reported by other users, at our sole discretion.

6. Reputation System

GoodFellow features a Reputation Score system based on user ratings from meetups. You agree that:

• Ratings should be honest and reflect genuine meetup experiences
• Manipulation of ratings (fake reviews, review exchanges) is prohibited
• Your reputation score may affect your ability to join certain Tables
• We may adjust scores if fraudulent activity is detected

7. Intellectual Property

The GoodFellow name, logo, design, source code, and all related intellectual property are owned by Whizly AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

GoodFellow uses third-party services including Google Maps, Firebase, and cloud hosting providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or data handling practices.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings or by visiting app.trollygoodfellow.com/delete-account.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections regarding liability, disclaimers, and intellectual property survive termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• GoodFellow is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand)
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoodFellow, Whizly AI, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another person.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
